Aptly named QueueSurge, the package is designed to increase any doctors surgery's call handling capability without the need to install extra lines or have any telecom engineers visit. All the calls are directed through a bespoke IVR to the correct department, be this the nurse, to make/cancel an appointment, even to order repeat prescriptions.
